Plan the delivery before the work starts

Give our team your Katoomba delivery address, material list, quantities and preferred day. We will confirm availability, delivery charges and the suitable vehicle arrangements for your order.

Access needs checking for the actual property. Tell us if the entrance is narrow, the driveway is steep, there are overhead obstructions or you need a particular tipping location. Review the delivery vehicles and access guidance before booking; the driver must be able to unload safely.

We deliver Monday to Saturday. Same-day delivery is sometimes available, but is not guaranteed. Please check the available delivery day with our team before scheduling contractors or starting work that depends on the materials arriving.

Choose materials for the project

Garden beds and lawn preparation

Browse soils and garden mixes and mulches. Compare compost with garden mix for beds, or top dressing with turf underlay when preparing a lawn project.

Paths, bases and drainage

See road and pathway bases, drainage gravel and sand. Have any specified product or grade ready when enquiring.

Decorative stone

Explore the pebble range and our decorative pebble buying guide to compare available options before asking about your order.

Buying firewood as well?

Shantana also has a firewood range. Read our four questions to ask before ordering firewood and contact our Springwood team about current availability and delivery arrangements.
