Where do you deliver?

We deliver throughout the Blue Mountains and Greater Western Sydney, including surrounding suburbs and local areas.

Delivery availability and pricing depend on your location, the product ordered and the vehicle required.

Is there a minimum delivery quantity?

We can deliver smaller quantities, but orders below our standard minimum may incur a 1.5× delivery charge.

Do I need to be present for my delivery?

No, you do not need to be present for the delivery. However, please provide us with clear instructions on exactly where you would like the products placed or tipped. It is also very helpful if you include your contact phone number so our driver can reach you quickly if any issues arise.

Where can you tip my delivery?

Safety is our priority. Our drivers will only enter or tip in locations they consider safe and suitable for the vehicle.

We cannot tip loose materials:

Under carports
Under low trees or branches
Near power or phone lines
Near water services, drains or sewer access points
Anywhere the driver considers unsafe or where the vehicle may become stuck

The driver has final say on whether a delivery location is safe and accessible.

Which vehicle will deliver my order?

The vehicle used depends on the product, quantity, access requirements and vehicle availability. If your property has narrow, steep or difficult access, please let us know when ordering and check our Delivery Vehicles page for current vehicle sizes and capacities. View Delivery Vehicles

What happens if access is unsuitable?

If our driver considers the access or tipping location unsafe or unsuitable, they may refuse to enter or tip in that location. Additional charges may apply if the delivery cannot be completed. See our full Delivery Conditions for details here.
