Frequently Asked Delivery Questions
What is the minimum order quantity for delivery?
We do not have a minimum order quantity.
However, orders under 1 tonne (for products sold by weight) or under 1 cubic metre (for products sold by volume) will incur a 1.5× delivery surcharge.
Do I need to be present for my delivery?
No, you do not need to be present for the delivery.
However, please provide us with clear instructions on exactly where you would like the products placed or tipped. It is also very helpful if you include your contact phone number so our driver can reach you quickly if any issues arise.
Are there any rules for deliveries I should be aware of?
Yes — safety is our number one priority.
Our drivers will only deliver to locations they deem safe. If the driver considers the requested area unsafe or believes the truck may become stuck, they will refuse to complete the delivery.
Please note that our drivers cannot tip bulk loads or loose materials in the following areas:
• Under carports
• Under trees
• Near power lines or phone lines
• Near water services, drains, or sewer access points
• Any other location that poses a safety risk
This is to protect our drivers, your property, and prevent any damage or accidents.
