Both new and used gloves should be thoroughly inspected, especially after cleaning, before beginning work to ensure no damage is present
Gloves should not be left in a contaminated condition. If re-use is intended, gloves should be cleaned as well as possible
The gloves may be decontaminated with mild detergent solution then rinsed with clean water and dried ideally with some air movement
